This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. •The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the efficient coordination of the executive's activities and office operations. •This position will be required to report on site in Reston, VA. •Provide advanced administrative support to HSL Sector executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence. •Coordinate corporate meetings chaired by the executives, including logistics, agendas, materials, and minutes. •Manage day-to-day administrative and logistical details associated with the executive's office operations. •Screen visitors, calls, and correspondence; handle inquiries or issues not requiring the executive's attention. •Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support executive decision-making and data analysis. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent; additional specialized training or college coursework preferred. •Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative experience supporting senior-level executives. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant business tools. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. •Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills. •Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. •Training or certification in administrative management or executive support. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
