Required Skills: •Executive Support •Manage the CEO’s time effectively, balancing immediate demands with longer-term priorities and exercising sound judgment in evaluating and prioritizing requests. •Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, proactively identifying conflicts, anticipating scheduling needs, and ensuring the CEO’s time is aligned with business priorities. •Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and appropriate access to the CEO. •Track key deliverables, decisions, approvals, and follow-up items to ensure commitments and deadlines are met. •Anticipate the CEO’s administrative needs and proactively address issues to ensure the CEO’s schedule and activities run smoothly. •Exercise a high degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive communications, requests, and confidential information. •Meeting Management Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred. •Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment. •Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and competing demands concurrently. •Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Sense of urgency, responsiveness, and follow-through. •Attention to detail and accuracy. •Commitment to quality, professionalism, and client service. •Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively in a team environment. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and Concur.
