This position is hourly and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. May work unconventional schedule as needed. •May coordinate the work of one or more administrative assistants. Individuals work with limited direction from the senior executive and possess thorough knowledge of the organization. Incumbents have the proven ability to make sound judgments on a day-to-day basis regarding assigned and ad hoc duties.
