Review PowerPoint material suggesting edits and improving presentation. •Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing communications based on business urgency and executive preferences. •Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational conflicts. •Drive cross-functional initiatives on behalf of executive leadership. Qualifications: •High School Diploma (required) or Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. •5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience, preferably in financial services, banking, or a corporate environment. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. •Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. •Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. •Project coordination or business operations experience. •Knowledge of financial services industry practices and terminology.
