This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the company's HR function, ensuring smooth operations and efficient project management. •Manage CHRO's calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. •Proactively manage email correspondence, drafting responses and prioritizing tasks. •Prepare agendas, presentation materials, and meeting minutes, ensuring timely follow-ups. •Serve as a liaison, facilitating communication between the CHRO and stakeholders. •Coordinate and track projects, managing timelines and deliverables. •Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval. •Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences.
