Required Skills: •Prepare and maintain cash position analysis and reporting across bank accounts and entities. •Support short-term cash forecasting and liquidity planning. •Assist with bank account administration, including account openings, closings, signer updates, KYC requests, and banking documentation. •Monitor bank balances, transactions, fees, and cash movements. •Support payment activities, intercompany transfers, and treasury-related journal entry coordination. •Partner with Accounting, AP, AR, Payroll, Tax, and FP&A to resolve cash and banking questions. •Help maintain treasury controls, documentation, and compliance with internal policies. •Assist with month-end close activities related to cash, debt, interest, bank fees, and treasury reporting. •Support ongoing process improvements, treasury reporting automation, and system enhancements. •Participate in ad hoc finance and treasury projects as EverCommerce continues to scale. •Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. •1-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or corporate finance. •Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations, and financial analysis. •High attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deadlines.
