Recommend and implement plans or programs to improve the safety of operations to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of similar claims. Qualifications: •Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group of team members. •Passionate about going above and beyond to deliver the best possible customer experience and client satisfaction by finding unique ways to solve problems. •Prior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review a plus. •Demonstrated capacity to react and problem-solve quickly. •License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
