Required Skills: •Partner with the Director of Lifestyle and VP of Global Marketing to develop and execute an annual event strategy aligned with global marketing and brand objectives. •Develop event timelines, production schedules, budgets, and run-of-show documents. •Coordinate all logistics including venue selection, vendor management, transportation, catering, entertainment, gifting, and guest experience. •Oversee on-site execution to ensure exceptional service delivery and flawless event operations. •Ensure every event consistently reflects Flexjet's luxury positioning and brand standards. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Luxury Brand Management, Event Management, Fashion Business, or a related field. •Professional certifications in event management, hospitality, luxury brand management, or project management are a plus. •Demonstrated capacity to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. •Demonstrated capacity to stand and walk for extended periods during events. •Demonstrated capacity to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours as required. •Extensive domestic and international travel required. •Valid passport required and must remain current throughout employment.
