Required Skills: - ETF creation and redemption order processing and settlement (both in-kind and cash). - ETF collateral processing and P&L calculations. - Researching, escalating, and resolving daily operational exceptions and non-straight-through processing (STP) trade settlement errors. - Ensuring compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), deadlines, and contractual agreements. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate issues and suggest effective solutions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. - Ability to thrive in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive, and demanding environment. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree / University degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
