Other duties may be assigned. •Assists in communicating estimating related content at monthly PM Meetings. •Assists in maintaining and issuing Kraus-Anderson Construction Company (KACC) Quarterly Economic Report. •Provides mentorship and training to team members. •Provides input on marketing responses to client Request for Proposal (RFP). •Participates and presents in Owner/Clients presentations and/or interviews. •Completes necessary take-offs and prepares estimates during all phases, including conceptual through final construction documents (guaranteed max price). •Develops and analyzes value-engineering alternatives.
