Required Skills: •Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop accurate cost estimates. •Perform quantity take-offs for HVAC systems. •Prepare detailed labor, material, and equipment cost estimates. •Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes for materials and services. •Identify scope gaps, risks, and value engineering opportunities. •Assist project managers with budgets, bids, and proposals. •Maintain and update cost databases, historical pricing, and bid templates. •Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client discussions.
