This is more than a call to join us, it’s an invitation to be part of a visionary journey, to grow with us as we scale. •As an Electrical Estimator, you will assist the preconstruction and project management teams with preconstruction services including preparation of estimates, proposal and bid reviews, document reviews, cost value analysis, cost and systems review, analysis and comparisons, historical evaluations, and bid processes. •Our Estimators play a key role in coordinating estimate take-offs and leading teams on some of the industry's most challenging projects. •Plans and monitors the estimating activities of each project for quality and accuracy of work. •Reviews all bidding documents and works with the project manager and chief estimator to determine general expenses, labor rates, and other costs. •Utilizes estimating software to properly estimate projects. •Surveys job sites as needed for scope of work and cost-effective planning. Qualifications: •Has a growth mindset and is always looking to continually learn and grow. •Has superior analytical and mathematical skills, conceptual estimating, and critical thinking skills. •Is detail oriented with strong problem-solving ability and exceptional time management. •Associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field. •Excellent communication skills including documentation and report preparation. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret electrical contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications. •Extensive knowledge of electrical code. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a team. •Occasional travel may be required.
