Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. •Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in project estimation, bidding, and construction management. •Proficiency in using industry-specific software such as Bluebeam and PROCORE. •Solid understanding of commercial construction, blueprint reading, and material take off (MTO). •Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing profitable contracts. •Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. •Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and competitive project estimates. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. •Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
