Hiring: Estimator Company: Green Key Resources Location: Denver Metropolitan Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 18:32:55 Employment Type: Contract About the job Experience: •3 - 5 years' of estimating experience preferred •5 years' of estimating experience preferred Required Skills: •Assist in reviewing Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to understand project scope. •Support in preparing cost estimates and performing quantity takeoffs under senior team guidance. •Help organize and maintain estimate documentation and files. •Interface directly with senior estimators, project managers, architects, and engineers to gather cost and feasibility data. •Assist with contract monitoring, including change orders and material procurement. •Perform other tasks as assigned while learning best practices in estimating.
