Hiring: Estimating Manager - Architectural Company: The Haskell Company Location: Metro Jacksonville Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:10:51 Target Skills & Keywords : Haskell About the job Experience: •Deep building architectural systems knowledge including envelope systems and interior finishes. •Architectural estimating experience preparing quantity surveys and cost estimates for all architectural trades, requiring complete knowledge of labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs. •Design-Build and CMAR project delivery method experience. •Exceptional computer skills, including the utilization of estimating software systems. •Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements Required Skills: •Manages Estimating personnel. •Develops and ensures utilization of the Preconstruction processes, standards and tools. •Develops accurate, detailed cost estimates and reviews other Team Member's estimates. •Develops associated scope of work clarifications and requests for information (RFI's). •Develops market bid leveling analysis documents. •Reviews and recommends responsible bidders from bid leveling analysis documents. •Develops project construction budgets. •Develops, maintains Preconstruction software and historical costs. Qualifications: •Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent and 5-8 years of estimating experience preferred.
