Required Skills: •Ensure escrow area functions for mortgage servicing portfolio loans are performed promptly and correctly, monitor reports, perform various area functions, etc. •Monitor escrow area vendors and activities closely through reviewing reports, including open items, interactions with staff, etc. •Issue accurate Dashboard/SLA reports promptly; ensure metrics meet/exceed escrow area goals each month •Escalate unresolved issues to management promptly; brief management on resolved items and accomplishments as appropriate •Provide training for Escrow Department staff; promote mentoring and a best practices concept within the area •Provide direction/oversight of special projects assigned; provide regular status updates to management including project deadlines that may not be met •Monitor/track corporate advances for tax penalties; keep management regularly informed of items expensed or the potential for loss to enable implementation of corrective measures •Assist in the regular ordering of tax service contracts Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent required. •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Passport, and processing mass transaction files required •Demonstrated capacity to manage time and priorities wisely •Demonstrated capacity to grasp concepts quickly, make sound decisions, and resolve issues •Demonstrated capacity to work in a high-volume and time-sensitive environment •Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal direction and effectively meet deadlines •Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with peers in a team environment to attain common goals •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively in writing, in person, and by telephone •Demonstrated capacity to use Microsoft Office applications •Demonstrated capacity to maintain strict confidentiality Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Health & Welfare Coverage: Optional medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
