Participates in staff disciplinary actions and the development of a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). •Mentors Team Leaders in Lowcountry counties to assist counties to improve their timeliness and accuracy rates to meet and exceed the SNAP/TANF timeliness goal of 95% and reduce the number of agency caused errors. Assists new Team Leaders by teaching them how to read and understand the CR300 and other supervisory reports, monitoring the AWS. •Ensures that all client data is correctly entered into the required systems and prepares all statistical and other reports as required. •Performs emergency disaster management services to include American Red Cross sheltering and Disaster SNAP duties. Prepares and implements a DSNAP plan for both counties as needed. •Represents the agency and assigned counties in the community. •Performs job delivery and/or performance with positive or appropriate customer service delivery to clients, the public and co-workers as an integral requirement.
