Required Skills: •Partner with finance, budgeting, and business leaders to gather and document requirements, processes, workflows, and business rules. •Analyze and optimize budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, financial reporting, and period-end close processes. •Serve as a functional expert in SAP S/4HANA FI, CO, FM, PS, and related financial functionality. •Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP configuration, enhancements, integrations, and data mapping. •Partner cross-functionally with technical, development, integration, data, and change management teams on end-to-end ERP solutions. •Actively facilitate and support full ERP lifecycle including planning, design, testing, training, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. •Lead or support SIT/UAT, test case development, defect resolution, data validation, and business readiness. •Act as a trusted advisor to finance leadership and process owners, communicating system capabilities, impacts, and design decisions.
