Hiring: ERP Readiness and Adoption Manager Company: Red Cat Holdings Location: Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:28:12 Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management, Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, SAP, SaaS About the job Required Skills: •The ERP Readiness and Adoption Manager will work closely with business leaders, site personnel, process owners, subject-matter experts, IT teams, the ERP vendor, and implementation partners. The position does not require direct reports initially but will coordinate site champions, super users, contractors, and other project resources. •ERP Process Discovery and System Transition •Lead cross-functional discovery workshops to document current-state ERP processes, system usage, integrations, reports, controls, roles, master data, workarounds, and local practices. •Identify SAP Business One process, data, documentation, and support gaps, and coordinate practical stabilization actions without creating unnecessary customization or technical debt. •Develop and maintain end-to-end process inventories, current-state maps, business scenarios, requirements, data profiles, reporting needs, and demonstration scripts to support ERP evaluation and implementation. •Following ERP selection, own the SAP Business One-to-target-system crosswalk for processes, data, roles, reports, integrations, controls, and documentation, and facilitate fit-to-standard and future-state design workshops. •Maintain traceability across requirements, process designs, configuration decisions, testing, training, and procedures while documenting and driving gaps, risks, dependencies, decisions, and actions to resolution. •Develop and maintain a repeatable ERP readiness framework covering people, process, data, technology, controls, documentation, training, cutover, and support. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, operations, finance, supply chain, organizational change, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. •Five of more years of process management experience in a manufacturing environment, in either: Materials Management, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or Operational Finance. •Three or more years of experience in ERP implementation, business systems, business process transformation, change management, or a related discipline. •Direct exposure to at least one full-cycle ERP implementation, including process discovery, future-state design, data conversion, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization. •Ability and willingness to travel to implementation sites during critical project phases. •Strong Excel and data-reconciliation skills; familiarity with data-querying or business-intelligence tools is beneficial. •Must be able to walk, stand, and navigate large indoor and outdoor facilities for extended periods of time. •Demonstrated capacity to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis. •Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in designated areas or when performing specific tasks, in accordance with safety protocols and company policy.
