Required Skills: •Understand and provide oversight and guidance as it relates to technical currency, vendor support changes/sunsets, Portfolio Scoring. Own working with Product Owner(s) to prioritize this work in Backlogs and upcoming Sprints. •Manage Relationships with both Staffing and System Vendors: Service Level Agreements, Contract Negotiation etc. •Actively engage in Communities of Practice forums and communication (via multiple channels) to foster organizational maturity and better Agile understanding, best practices amongst fellow People Managers, IT Leadership, as well as larger Agile community. •Oversee a team of 15 – 20 direct and indirect reports. •Minimum Qualification, Skill And/Or Competency Requirements •Minimum of 5 years of experience with Information Technology/Software Development/Operations/Infrastructure efforts with progressive responsibility, preferably prior hands-on development experience in a variety of languages/platforms. •Excellent leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate. •Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration preferred) or equivalent years of experience.
