Required Skills: •Serve as a primary resource for DELMIAWorks questions and support across manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, planning, sales orders, shipping/receiving, and quality. •Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, coordinate vendor support when needed, and follow issues through resolution. •Support ERP system administration, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and configuration. •Train employees on DELMIAWorks and develop user-friendly work instructions, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. •Support reporting and data requests and develop knowledge of ERP reporting tools and underlying data structures. •Assist with testing system upgrades, patches, enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes. •Identify opportunities to improve and standardize ERP processes and workflows across Medbio locations. •Partner with employees across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Customer Service, and other functions to understand business needs and improve system utilization. Qualifications: •Help maintain accurate and consistent ERP master data.
