Required Skills: •ERP and Manufacturing Systems Governance & Leadership •Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of ERP Business Analysts and Application Specialists supporting multiple manufacturing facilities in the US, Mexico, UK, and China. •Lead weekly change control meetings to ensure changes are documented, tested, approved, and communicated. •Perform periodic reviews of users, security, and changes to meet Sarbanes-Oxley control requirements. •Partner with functional and plant leadership to prioritize initiatives, resolve cross-functional issues, and promote consistent business processes. •Manage relationships with application, integration, analytics, cloud, and consulting partners, including statement-of-work oversight, service performance, and invoice review. •Submit annual ERP and Manufacturing Systems budget and track actual spend to budget. •ERP Operations, Support & Business Continuity Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field. •Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered. •Data architecture, ETL/ELT, APIs, event and streaming patterns, data quality, lineage, metadata, master data, and role-based access control.
