Hiring: Equity Research Business Associate – Washington & Sustainability Strategy Company: Jefferies Location: New York, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 11:42:52 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Capital Markets, Microsoft Excel, Project Management About the job Required Skills: •Jefferies is seeking a Business Associate to support the Washington & Sustainability Strategy team led by Dr. Aniket Shah. •Develop and originate webinar and event ideas on public policy, geopolitics, sustainability, and related investment themes in partnership with the research team. •Source, engage, and coordinate internal and external speakers, including corporate executives, policymakers, academics, and industry experts. •Manage all event logistics, scheduling, compliance requirements, communications, and execution for webinars, expert calls, in-person events, and client meetings. •Maintain and enhance databases of speakers, industry experts, clients, and event activities. •Prepare marketing materials, briefing documents, speaker biographies, agendas, and post-event summaries. •Partner closely with Corporate Access, Sales, Trading, and Investment Banking teams to maximize client engagement and event participation. •Manage team calendars and support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the research franchise. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
