Specific activities may change from time to time. •Manage administration of company equity programs including stock options, RSUs, and other long-term incentives. •Ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity within equity systems and HRIS integrations. •Oversee equity transaction processing, vesting schedules, and tax implications in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. •Lead communications and education programs for employees regarding equity plans and benefits. •Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate accounting and reporting. •Prepare reports for management and regulatory filings, including SEC and tax-related disclosures. •Manage relationships with external vendors, brokers, and equity service providers. Qualifications: •Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft and familiarity Visual Basic for Applications macros. (VBA) •Proven ability to deliver clear and professional presentations and communications with senior executives •Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with the ability to work confidently and precisely with both quantitative data and written documents, including legal and business communications •Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation preferred. •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
