Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of the trade lifecycle: booking, reconciliation, confirmation, and settlement •Excellent communication skills — you'll be the point of contact for traders, counterparties, and exchanges daily •Detail-oriented critical thinker who thrives under pressure and can manage competing priorities •Self-motivated and takes ownership — you see a problem, you fix it •Enjoys working with large datasets to find patterns and identify irregularities •Demonstrated interest in leveraging Python and AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT) to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and continuously optimize the way work gets done •Our differences are our edge.
