Required Skills: •As an Equipment Technician III, you will serve as a senior technical resource, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to solve complex equipment challenges, drive reliability improvements, and support innovative solutions that help improve the lives of people living with diabetes. •Serve as the primary technical expert for assigned Test Lab equipment and systems. •Independently troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, electronic modules, instrumentation, sensors, data acquisition systems, power distribution systems, and test equipment. •Perform advanced root cause analysis of equipment failures and lead troubleshooting efforts for complex and recurring issues. •Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and system documentation to diagnose failures and implement effective corrective actions. •Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, Reliability, and Operations teams to support equipment investigations and improvement projects. •Lead equipment recovery efforts during critical downtime events and provide technical guidance to technicians and cross-functional partners. •Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, maintainability, safety, and performance. Qualifications: •Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent. •4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent. •6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
