Required Skills: •Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical hydraulic systems for critical infrastructure. •Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and control-system problems. •Troubleshoot diesel-powered equipment, hydraulic systems, valves, pumps, motors, sensors, wiring, and electrical components. •Read and interpret mechanical drawings, hydraulic schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation. •Coordinate with customers and subcontractors during installation, commissioning, service, and repair activities. •Provide customers with technical support and equipment training. •Document service activities, troubleshooting findings, repairs, and recommendations. •Occasional travel to customer locations across the US. Qualifications: •US Citizenship or current Permanent Residency (Green Card) •3–5+ years of field service, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or comparable hands-on technical experience. •Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems. •Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical equipment. •Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively throughout North America and occasionally internationally. •Strong customer service and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while coordinating effectively with customers, subcontractors, and internal personnel. •Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering/Technology. •Strong proficiency with computerized diagnostic systems.
