Required Skills: •To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Equipment Reliability Engineer located in Austin, TX LUSA. •Reporting to Manager, as part of the site engineering team, the Equipment Reliability Engineer is responsible for Equipment Reliability Engineering across a diverse manufacturing operation. •Coach, develop, and mentor reliability engineering staff to strengthen technical capabilities and team performance. •Analyze equipment failure and downtime data to identify trends and drive improvements in overall equipment reliability. •Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies, procedures, and tools to enhance asset performance and reduce unplanned downtime. •Perform and communicate MTBF and MTTR to support data-driven decision-making. •Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting efforts and lead initiatives to implement effective corrective and preventive actions. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams—including engineering, operations, and maintenance—to optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
