Qualifications: •Associate degree in a technical field, military technical training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Minimum of 7 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. •Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to use diagnostic tools and interpret technical schematics. •Extensive experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize maintenance activities. •Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety, quality, and equipment reliability.
