Required Skills: •Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities for assigned shifts and production areas. •Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment. •Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance activities are completed accurately and on schedule. •Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians through hands-on training and technical guidance. •Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company procedures, LOTO requirements, and applicable standards. •Support critical spare parts identification, inventory management, and equipment readiness. Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, with working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, controls, and automated equipment. •Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating maintenance technicians in a production environment. •In-depth knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices and CMMS-based work management. •Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex equipment problems, prioritize work, and make sound decisions under pressure. •Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. •This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA.
