Required Skills: •MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT OCHIN •OCHIN is a nonprofit leader in health care innovation and a trusted partner to a growing national provider network, delivering the clinical insights and tailored technologies needed to expand patient access, strengthen care teams, and improve the health of rural and medically underserved communities. •The Epic Onsite Learning Consultant provides at the elbow support, learning activities, and end user setting labs (personalization) for new OCHIN members during and after go-live of the Epic System. •Lead in the design, development and implementation of Learning Experience curricula, including multi-day bootcamps, full and part day webinars, and autodidactic curricula. •Work intensively with health center teams participating in assigned projects to refine their Learning/Training Team implement best practice concepts. •Design, develop, and implement member assessments/consults around Learning/Training performance and evaluate needs to identify opportunities for improvements and possible solutions. •Lead in the coordination of member consultations, including planning meeting logistics, communicating with members, preparing content for meetings, and coordinating follow-up. •Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. Qualifications: •Minimum of three (3) years of experience with electronic health records (EHR) software, EPIC strongly preferred. •Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with EPIC is strongly preferred with a preference for 2-5 years supporting Ambulatory and Acute Care clinical setting. •Strong consulting, facilitation, customer service and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 80% nationally to support new member Go Lives. •Constant interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer service. Frequent creativity, mentoring, presentations/teaching.
