Educate and coach other team members and work with minimal supervision in support of team members. •Provides technical expertise in the supported application. Works with application stakeholders to improve the effective utilization of the application. •May provide agreed levels of system administration and configuration. •Reports project issues and staff performance issues to Principal / Supervisor. Qualifications: •One to three years Information Systems Analyst experience highly desired. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of project development life cycle preferred •For Epic applications teams, at least one relevant Epic certification is required. •For non-Epic applications, a relevant certification is desired, if available. •Web-based technologies, processes, and analytics •Employing software quality assurance and testing concepts, techniques, industry best practices, tools and standards. •Best practices in Nurse Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Labor Analytics is preferred. •Employ software quality assurance and testing concepts, techniques, industry best practices, tools and standards.
