Location: United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:24:43 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Epic Systems, Jira, Revenue Cycle Management, Systems Design About the job Experience: •Epic certification and 5 years of hands-on build experience in relevant full-cycle revenue cycle applications, including Epic certifications and hands-on build experience in relevant clinically oriented applications, including Revenue Cycle - (Prelude, Cadence, Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing) •5 years of hands-on build experience in relevant full-cycle revenue cycle applications, including Epic certifications and hands-on build experience in relevant clinically oriented applications, including Revenue Cycle - (Prelude, Cadence, Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing) Required Skills: •MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT OCHIN •OCHIN is a nonprofit leader in health care innovation and a trusted partner to a growing national provider network, delivering the clinical insights and tailored technologies needed to expand patient access, strengthen care teams, and improve the health of rural and medically underserved communities. •Coach apprentices as they complete Epic certification, proficiency, operational end-user training, customer service training, JIRA responsiveness training, and application-specific learning activities. •Translate formal curriculum into applied build and configuration capability by helping apprentices understand how clinical workflows, member needs, and OCHIN standards influence system design decisions. •Support apprentices in full-cycle revenue cycle applications, including Prelude, Cadence, Referrals, Estimates, Resolute, RTE, and Grand Central. •Provide technical leadership for apprentice-appropriate service catalog work, including ticket review, troubleshooting guidance, escalation support, documentation coaching, and readiness assessment. •Partner with formal trainers, operational leaders, Help Desk supervisors, MCT supervisors, mentors, and application subject matter experts to ensure apprentices receive coordinated support across the full learning journey. •Help apprentices develop sound build habits, including use of documented standards, peer review, testing discipline, clear documentation, and awareness of downstream impacts across the Epic ecosystem. Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience coaching, teaching, training, or mentoring technical teams, analysts, apprentices, or early-career staff. •In-depth knowledge of Epic build and configuration principles, revenue cycle support workflows, testing practices, documentation expectations, and support escalation processes. •Demonstrated capacity to connect technical configuration decisions to patient access, billing, reimbursement, eligibility, referrals, estimates, member operations, and business outcomes. •Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. •Operational experience in relevant patient access, scheduling, registration, referrals, estimates, eligibility, billing, claims, reimbursement, or revenue cycle settings. •Constant interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer service. Frequent creativity, mentoring, presentations/teaching. Occasional decision making and independent judgment or action. •Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English. •While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms.
