Required Skills: •Whether you specialize in ambulatory, inpatient, revenue cycle, pharmacy, or any of the many other Epic application areas, you will be a trusted expert on our delivery team — working hands-on through every phase from build and testing to go-live support. •Configure and customize Epic modules to meet client-specific workflow requirements, translating user needs into detailed system specifications. •Analyze current-state clinical and operational workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. •Design and document system configurations, build specifications, and workflow decisions for assigned Epic applications. •Lead and participate in working groups with clinicians, operations staff, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and validate designs. •Perform unit testing, integrated testing, and regression testing to ensure system functionality meets design intent. •Support end-users during build, training, and go-live phases — including at-the-elbow support and issue resolution. •Partner cross-functionally with Epic representatives and internal subject matter experts to align on configuration decisions. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred. •Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. •Active Epic certification in one or more modules relevant to your area of expertise. •Willingness to travel to client sites as required by project phase. •Proven leadership in change management or large-scale Epic implementation projects. •Deep knowledge of Epic AURA, Care Everywhere, or laboratory workflows. •Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and deliver in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. •Strong communication skills with experience presenting to clinical and executive audiences.
