Required Skills: •Conduct vibration and thermal environmental tests on hardware and electronics assemblies in accordance with program requirements and/or written test procedures. •Properly handle and process electronic assemblies using established ESD control practices and procedures to prevent foreign object debris/damage (FOD). •Set up, operate, and maintain specialized vibration and thermal test equipment, following detailed work instructions and calibration standards. •Accurately record, monitor, and review test data and logs to ensure traceability and compliance. •Support production and quality assurance processes by ensuring all testing procedures are executed correctly and results are thoroughly documented. •Partner cross-functionally with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to improve processes, resolve issues, and maintain high quality standards. •Interpret and work from complex wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specifications, and process documentation. •Demonstrated capacity to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2–4 years of relevant technical experience. •Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems and components. •Understanding of torque requirements, tool usage, and calibration/verification practices. •Operational familiarity with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles and tools. •U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
