Qualifications: •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. •Knowledge of healthcare cleaning methods, infection prevention practices, and environmental services operations. •Demonstrated capacity to lead and motivate employees in a team environment. •Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities. •Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and exercise sound judgment. •No licensure or certification required. •Relevant environmental services, safety, or leadership certifications preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 30 pounds.
