Biorational products maximize plant quality, productivity, and sustainability. •3 years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Required Skills: •Provide support to the EHS Manager and Osage Site Leadership Team to achieve the EHS vision and goals through management commitment and employee ownership and engagement •Serve as a point of contact for all employees to understand and support EHS daily activities •Execute and track completion of site EHS compliance calendar activities •Provide support in the development and delivery of training programs •Solicit feedback from others to better understand and improve EHS initiatives •Assist with incident and near miss investigations to determine root cause and implement the appropriate countermeasures to mitigate risks •Proactively identify and effectively communicate compliance risks to the organization •Effectively communicate and teach regulatory and technical knowledge to operations staff to manage day to day compliance activities Qualifications: •A minimum of 3 years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting. •Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA compliance and recordkeeping •Strong communication skills in group presentations, individual interactions, and written documentation •Demonstrated capacity to work independently, be self-starter, and as part of the team. •Demonstrated ability to use standard office software programs, including spreadsheets, word processing and project management. •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Major in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field). •Certification as CSP and / or CHMM is a plus.
