Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. •Five (5) or more years of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) experience within a manufacturing environment. •One (1) or more years of experience managing direct reports. •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 50% for the first 18-24 months in role (mainly to Eaton Fibrebond in Minden, LA). •Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
