Hiring: Environmental Engineer Company: Vylor Location: Johnston, IA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 12:21:31 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Regulatory Compliance About the job Experience: •7 years’ prior work experience in a related Environmental Position Required Skills: •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively within the structure of a Global EH&S Management Systems. •Perform Environmental Calculations (Primarily Air Emission) independently in support of Environmental Permitting. •Preparation and submission of Environmental Permit Applications for Global Operations. •Negotiate Permits, Fines, and Environmental Regulatory Advocacy Positions on behalf of both the Business and Individual Sites. •Support Environmental Programs and Environmental Regulatory Solutions which are in alignment with the Corporate Sustainability Objectives. •Demonstrated Proficiency in Air, Water, Waste, and Pesticide Regulatory Environments. •Lead and Participate in Environmental Multi-media Regulatory Compliance Audits. •Lead Interactions with Business Personnel for the creation of Site/Business Level Environmental Procedures Qualifications: •Proficient in Workstation Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and error free. •Demonstrated capacity to work proficiently on multiple projects simultaneously.
