Hiring: Environmental Engineer Company: LaBella Associates Location: Buffalo, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:17:36 Employment Type: Hybrid About the job Experience: •20+ years of experience managing environmental investigation and remediation projects Required Skills: •Technical Leadership •Manage and execute Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), NYSDEC Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) and USEPA Brownfield projects, including Site Characterizations, Remedial Investigations, Alternatives Analyses, and Remedial Design •Develop and optimize engineering controls, automation, and system performance monitoring programs for new and existing remedial systems •Oversee field programs including soil, groundwater, soil vapor, and surface water sampling •Analyze and present field and laboratory data; prepare and review technical reports •Support litigation and expert witness assignments as needed •Team Development Qualifications: •B.S. in Chemical, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline •New York State Professional Engineer (PE) license.
