Location: San Antonio, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:36:01 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Project Management About the job Experience: •6-12 years of asbestos, lead and mold consulting experience •12 years of asbestos, lead and mold consulting experience Required Skills: •Conduct asbestos, lead-based paint, mold and other hazardous materials surveys •Provide on-site project management and oversee contractors during asbestos abatement projects •Collect detailed field notes and photographs of site conditions and findings •Assist with preparing abatement plans, scope of work documents and management programs •Monitor active remediation projects to ensure all safety standards are followed •Manage and develop a team of inspectors •Prepare project cost estimates and proposals •Market and develop business opportunities Qualifications: •Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
