The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in waste disposal, DOT compliance, and supervisory roles, with a strong commitment to safety, regulatory excellence, and operational efficiency. •Oversee day-to-day field and facility operations related to environmental remediation and hazardous/non-hazardous waste management. •Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including DOT, environmental, and workplace safety standards. •Supervise, train, and support field staff and drivers to maintain safety, quality, and productivity. •Coordinate transportation and disposal logistics for various waste streams. •Implement and improve operational policies and procedures to maximize performance and minimize risk. •Partner cross-functionally with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
