Required Skills: •Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations throughout the project lifecycle. •Lead project planning sessions, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and coordinate resources to achieve project goals. •Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks. •Manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation while ensuring alignment with EHS standards and company requirements. •Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship. •Provide training and guidance to project teams on EHS best practices and regulatory compliance. •Prepare and present regular reports on project status, EHS performance metrics, and compliance issues to senior management. •Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, leading investigations and implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence. Qualifications: •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. •Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) credentials. •Operational familiarity with construction, manufacturing, or industrial project environments. •Advanced proficiency in project management software and EHS tracking tools. •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
