Required Skills: •Lead environmental, health, safety, and security programs across US manufacturing operations. •Provide EHSS leadership and support for facilities in Brunswick and Wiscasset, Maine, and Anderson, South Carolina. •Drive continuous improvement of EHSS management systems while ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, and local regulations. •Maintain and strengthen ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. •Serve as the regional leader and local champion for EHSS initiatives, culture, and performance. •Develop, track, and report EHSS metrics, leading indicators, and performance improvement plans. •Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation. •Conduct risk assessments and ensure effective hazard identification and mitigation practices. Qualifications: •Strong expertise in OSHA regulations, compliance management, and regulatory inspections. •Proven success conducting incident investigations and driving sustainable corrective actions. •Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive culture change across an organization. •Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively across multiple sites and priorities. •Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. •ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification. •Environmental permitting and compliance experience. •Workers' compensation and return-to-work program experience.
