In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition from the ground up—sourcing, interviewing, and building relationships with top candidates. •This position serves as a 1-year accelerated track to Account Management •. As you master candidate delivery, you will simultaneously gain the commercial skills, market expertise, and client exposure needed to step into a full Client Account Manager role within 12 months. •Identify qualified candidates using job boards, social media networks, cold outreach, and internal databases. •Conduct phone screens to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for client openings. •Maintain consistent candidate communication, coordinate interviews, and guide applicants through the hiring process. •Shadow senior Account Managers on client intake calls, workforce planning sessions, and account reviews. •Develop an understanding of hiring trends and industry skill sets to prepare for direct client relationship management. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred (Majors in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology are a strong plus). •Desire to build a long-term career in Recruiting and Client Account Management. •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence. •Competitive drive, high self-motivation, and a track record of setting and reaching goals. •Strong organizational and time-management skills to thrive in a dynamic, on-site environment.
