Hiring: Entertainment Supervisor Company: Seneca Gaming Corporation Location: Salamanca Town, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:55:43 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office About the job Experience: •Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment. •Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in live entertainment, event planning, event coordination, venue operations, or casino entertainment, including concerts featuring national touring acts. •Minimum of three (3) years of experience coordinating or managing live entertainment events, including artist hospitality, event logistics, front-of-house operations, ticketing, and event administration. •Minimum of three (3) years of experience supervising, scheduling, training, or directing staff in an entertainment, hospitality, venue operations, or customer service environment. •Solid functional working knowledge of live entertainment production, theatrical operations, and event support systems sufficient to effectively coordinate with Production Services personnel. This position is not responsible for technical production decisions. Required Skills: •Coordinate all entertainment and production requirements for assigned events with show producers, performers, promoters, artist representatives, Casino Entertainment Management, Production Services, and other internal departments to ensure successful event execution. •Advance assigned events by serving as the primary liaison with artists, tour personnel, promoters, and vendors to coordinate all technical and non-technical requirements, including production, hospitality, transportation, lodging, and other contractual obligations. •Ensure compliance with entertainment agreements, technical riders, hospitality riders, and associated vendor requirements by coordinating contract routing, artist payments, creative requests, ticketing, and the procurement of supplemental production equipment and services as required. •Coordinate and oversee all phases of assigned event production, including load-in, setup, rehearsals, sound checks, performances, load-out, and post-event activities to ensure safe and efficient execution. •Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the appropriate levels of Production Services personnel, front-of-house staff, ticket takers, ushers, event representatives, and other event support resources required for assigned events. •Assist with or oversee the setup, operation, and strike of audio, lighting, rigging, staging, backline, video, projection, and other technical equipment required to support assigned events. •Perform stage management duties as required, including coordinating rehearsals, cueing production elements, and supporting the smooth execution of live performances and presentations. •Coordinate ticketing activities for assigned events, including event setup, management of ticket holds, day-of-show box office operations, ticket distribution, and post-event reconciliation using designated ticketing systems. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management, Event Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Technical Theatre, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
