Hiring: Entertainment Coordinator Company: NBCUniversal Location: Universal City, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:11:35 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Epic Systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint About the job Experience: •1 year experience within studio, network, or agency •Minimum 1 year experience within studio, network, or agency Required Skills: •The Entertainment Coordinator will provide administrative support to the EVP, Drama Development of Universal Television Studios Programming and serve as office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions as well as the external business and creative community. •General administrative duties include: answering telephones, scheduling, arranging drive-ons, copying, filing, compiling and submitting expense reports, and planning all travel arrangements •Maintain submission log & return materials when appropriate •Coordinate meetings; maintain files and status reports for all aspects of production •Assist in communication with the creative community on a daily basis •Conduct research on request and maintain a general awareness of industry trends, formats, talent and competitive environment •Be expected to handle confidential and other sensitive information •Will be a team player and cover for other department assistants as needed Qualifications: •Solid functional working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook •Bachelor’s Degree •Previous experience on high-level entertainment executive desk •Knowledge of how the TV development process works and key players within the industry. •Willingness to review project materials and provide feedback to department for available IP – scripts, books, articles, podcasts, etc. •Detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills •Highly flexible and collected under high-pressure circumstances •: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
