Required Skills: •Install, configure, maintain, and secure enterprise-level systems and mission critical applications, to include operating system software, patches, and upgrades. •Actively facilitate and support implementation, configuration and integration of enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. •Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system hardware, software, and networking issues/ incidents, upgrades, and enhancements to optimize operations. •Perform system backups and recovery. •Enforce security protocols, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with data integrity and privacy standards. •Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for conducting server host and virtual machine builds on prem and cloud environments. •Provide support to systems hosting complex operational databases, software configuration control, and system interfaces for computer systems. •Maintain file servers and network access.
