Hiring: Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Senior Consultant (TS/SCI Required) Company: Kearney & Company Location: Springfield, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 13:36:41 Employment Type: Contract / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Project Management, Risk Management About the job Experience: •6 years of accounting or financial management experience, preferably in the Federal government or similar environment •4 years of documenting and/or testing internal controls, performing detailed general ledger analysis, and/or performing audit remediation •Minimum 6 years of accounting or financial management experience, preferably in the Federal government or similar environment •Minimum 4 years of documenting and/or testing internal controls, performing detailed general ledger analysis, and/or performing audit remediation Required Skills: •The ERM Senior Consultant must possess strong experience developing and implementing ERM programs and will be responsible for integrating with the project team to provide technical knowledge related to the same. Qualifications: •BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university in Accounting or a related relevant field •Technical competency, knowledge, and professional care commensurate with completion of assignments, and an eagerness to learn and absorb new technical and industry-specific information •Demonstrated capacity to communicate clearly in writing and verbally •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 25% •Minimum Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Polygraph for the IC (U.S. citizenship required) •CPA, CISA, CIA, or other relevant-industry certifications, or the required education levels to obtain a relevant certification •Previous experience designing, implementing, and sustaining an ERM program in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) A-123, Management’s •Responsibility for Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Control and other applicable guidance •Previous experience designing, implementing, and sustaining a Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA) Secon 803(a) assessment program •Previous experience designing, implementing, and sustaining Payment Integrity Improvement Act programs Compensation: •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
