Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance. •Demonstrated expertise in IBM Maximo or equivalent ERP systems as applied to facilities maintenance and operations. •Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution across complex, multi-site portfolios. •Proficiency in asset data management, including data entry, validation, and compliance with data standards. •Demonstrated capacity to create and manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) records and routes in alignment with warranty and equipment manufacturer recommendations. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions. •Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership. •Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) Clearance. •Operational familiarity with Federal facilities operations and maintenance standards and practices.
